+ When do we get the photos back?
Our turnaround is 48 hours. For next day delivery there is a 20% additional for expedite.
+ What if I want to remove some objects?
There is a $10/photo fee for additional photoshop.
+ How do I pay you?
We recieve payment through Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer and cheque.
+ What if we need to reschedule?
Please let us know as soon as possible for rescheduling and we will accommodate you at our earliest availability.
+ What if the weather isn't good the day we scheduled?
Engel Studios will help decide whether a home is photographable depending on circumstances. We usually do sky replacement in case of cloudy weather but always reschedule a rainy day.
